I was raised in a small village near Yarmouth Nova Scotia called Pubnico. Growing up I always found joy in helping others, and knew I wanted to make a career out of it. Massage was not how I initially thought I would achieve this, but life lead me to studying at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy – and boy am I happy it did! I graduated in May of 2016, where I won the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada’s Award for Outstanding Ethical Behaviour.

I like to consider my treatment style intuitive. I am always seeking to strike a balance between what my patients are hoping to achieve with their treatment, and what their body is telling me it might benefit from. I am intrigued by the mind-body connection and firmly believe we must strike balance in all areas of being to be and feel like our best self. I have treated a wide variety of cases; however I have spent a lot of time treating pregnant ladies and long distance athletes (namely triathletes). I feel it is important to never stop learning, and I look forward to broadening my knowledge through continuing education.

En plus, je suis acadienne alors je parle (et j’offre mes services en) français!

I fill my spare time by being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with people I love.
