The Holiday Season in over! New Year’s Resolutions are made! Now we settle in to the dark, cold, dry days of winter. Or, perhaps you’re planning to travel? Join Pam Greer for a day of Yoga and Ayurveda to ease our time into spring and/or pick up tips for a more easeful travel experience.

Lots of activity, information, treats to be enjoyed by all comers!!

Come for the FREE morning session. Then choose to stay for all levels Vata Pacifying Yoga (no yoga experience require), lunch and a discussion of diet and lifestyle tools to tame the imbalances of winter.
