I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2016, where I won the Natural Health Care Practitioners of Canada’s award for Outstanding Ethical Behaviour, and had the honour of speaking on behalf of my class as valedictorian. I joined the Harmony family in the summer of 2017.
I feel grateful for anyone who chooses me to help them feel like their best self. I have the most experience in treating pregnant ladies and long-distance athletes (mostly triathletes). I treat relatively intuitively, making a point of listening to my patients’ concerns, and making sure their body is receptive to the approach I’m using. In terms of continuing education, I have taken courses on deep tissue, cupping therapy, and I am looking forward to checking ‘yoga teacher’ off the list in the winter of 2021!
I am fluent in both English and French. In my spare time I love being outside, walking with my dog Lennie, cooking, reading and drinking coffee. I recently had the honour of taking on the volunteer role as president of the central region for Réseau Santé Nouvelle-Écosse. Thank you for taking the time to read about me. I look forward to getting to know you. Take care.
